The starting point for the courts in any financial settlement is the interests of the children. We will work with you to ensure that you achieve the best possible settlement consistent with the legal position and what is in the childrens interests. We can obtain and relevant documentation that will be required fully determine the assets of the other party.

Child support is handled these days through the Child support agency rather than the Court. Most cases are settled out of court but we will represent you in the event that the Court process has to take place.
